Minus 980℃ has sufficient strength and anti-corrosion oxidation, is a high strength spring preferred material, suitable for making elastic diaphragm and elastic seal.

Austenite structure, the "γ" phase produced after precipitation hardening makes it have excellent mechanical properties. Because of its high temperature strength and excellent corrosion resistance and machinability at 700℃, it is widely used in various occasions where high temperature resistance is required.


GH4080 ( Nimonic 80A / UNS N07080 )

It is a type of precipitated hardened, creep heat resistant steel. INCOLOY 926 ( UNS N08926 / DIN W.WR. 1.4529 / Mo6CuN )

Incoloy 926 is austenitic stainless steel with similar chemical composition to alloy 904L. Its nitrogen content is increased to about 0.2% and molybdenum content is about 6.5%.It is mainly used in Marine engineering, acidic gas environment and flue gas desulfurization system.


HASTELLOY B ( GB NS321 / UNS N10001 )

1. Control the minimum amount of iron and chromium to prevent the formation of β、 Ni4Mo.

2. Excellent corrosion resistance to reducing environment.

3. Excellent resistance to medium concentration sulfuric acid and many non-oxidizing acids.

4. Good resistance to chloride ion reduction stress corrosion cracking (SCC).

5. Excellent resistance to corrosion of various organic acids.

Hastelloy B alloy is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, energy manufacturing and pollution control fields, especially in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and other industries.


HASTELLOY B-2 ( GB NS321 / UNS N10001 )

It is a kind of anti-corrosion, solid soluble ni-mo alloy, which is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. By controlling the content of iron and chromium at the minimum, it reduces the brittleness of processing and prevents Ni4Mo phase precipitation at 700-870℃.It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, energy manufacturing and pollution control fields, especially in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and other industries.


HASTELLOY C

Hastelloy C has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media, and has excellent resistance to spot corrosion, crack corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.


HASTELLOY C-4 ( UNS N06455 / DIN W.Nr.2.4610 / DIN NiMo16Cr16Ti / ISO NiMo16Cr16Ti )

The material is an austenite low carbon Nickel-Molybdenum-Chromium alloy with low carbon, silicon, iron and tungsten content, which enables it to show excellent metallographic stability at 650-1040℃, improve the resistance to intercrystalline corrosion, and avoid edge line corrosion sensitivity and weld heat-affected zone corrosion under appropriate manufacturing conditions.The high molybdenum and chromium content enables Hastelloy C-4 alloy to resist the attack of various chemical media, including reducing media, such as phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, chlorine gas, organic or inorganic chlorine-containing media.Due to the high nickel content, Hastelloy C-4 can effectively resist stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorine, even hot chloride solution.Hastelloy C-4 is widely used in most chemical industry and high temperature environment, such as flue gas desulfurization system, pickling and acid regeneration plant, acetic acid and agricultural chemicals production, titanium dioxide production (chlorine process), electroplating, etc.

Hastelloy C-276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing tungsten. Excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in oxidation and reduction state. Excellent resistance to spot corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.It is widely used in chemical and petrochemical fields, such as components and catalytic systems in contact with chlorinated organic compounds. This material is especially suitable for high temperature, mixed with impurities of inorganic and organic acids (such as formic acid and acetic acid), seawater corrosion environment.


UNS N06059 ( Alloy59 ) / EN 2.4605

ALLoy59 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy containing aluminum with very low silicon and carbon content. Excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in oxidation and reduction state. Excellent resistance to spot corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.It is widely used in chemical industry and petrochemical industry.


HASTELLOY C22 ( UNS N06455 / DIN W.Nr.2.4610 / DIN NiMo16Cr16Ti / ISO NiMo16Cr16Ti )

The alloy is an all-powerful Ni-Cr-Mo alloy with better overall corrosion resistance than other existing ni-cr-mo alloys, including Hastelloy C-276, C4 and 625.The alloy has good resistance to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion cracking. It has an excellent ability to resist oxidation of water media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or a mixture of oxidizing acids containing chloride ions. The alloy also has an ideal ability to resist reducing and oxidizing environments encountered in the process.With this versatile capability, it can be used in some troublesome environments or in a variety of production purpose plants. The alloy has exceptional resistance to a variety of chemical environments, including strong oxidizing substances such as ferric chloride, copper chloride, chlorine, thermal pollution solutions (organic and inorganic), formic acid, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, sea water and salt solutions. The alloy has the ability to resist grain boundary precipitation in the heat affected zone of welding, which makes it suitable for many kinds of chemical processes in the welding state.

It has excellent resistance to stress corrosion and cracking and good resistance to local reductive composite medium corrosion.  It is used in sulfuric acid environment and industrial equipment with sulfuric acid solution containing halogen ions and metal ions.

Corrosion resistant alloys with many excellent properties have good resistance to oxidation and moderate reduction corrosion, excellent stress corrosion cracking resistance and good local corrosion resistance in many chemical process media have satisfactory corrosion resistance. The properties are between super austenitic stainless steel and existing nickel - based alloys. Suitable for chemical and petrochemical, environmental engineering and oil and gas production and other industrial fields.
